Majolica Pitcher

English

Circa

6 1/2″ H x 6 1/2″ D x 7 1/2″ W

Majolica is known for its bright and vibrant colors and subject matter. This pitcher really encapsulates that. There is rich cobalt, light blue, yellow, and pink interior. The pitcher features a scene with two trout surfing through the waves. The waves are dynamic. The pitcher also features plants and flowers. The top of the pitcher has a more hexagonal shape as opposed to being extremely circular like the rest of the pitcher. The handle also features a rectangular shape with scroll details along the sides.

WHY WE LOVE IT: The bold colors and shape make this pitcher quite unusual and an interesting decorative piece.
