This Staffordshire figure is a rare example of a gamekeepers. They are known for their bright whimsical colors. The figure is proudly holding a fowl in his right hand. His left-hand wraps around his satchel which is chocked full of game. The young man has a soft expression on his face making him rather cherubic. The figurine has a contrapposto stance where most of his weight falls upon the left leg as he almost rests against a stump.

WHY WE LOVE IT: The whimsical colors and great subject matter make this figurine so special. He is the perfect addition to any surface.
