This tavern table, with its use of thick legs, exterior molded bead, box stretchers, and chamfered interior corners, all point to a VA origin. Unlike its northern counterparts, this table was built for use. Its wonderful size and large drawer makes it a perfect piece to use anywhere in your home.
Overall very good condition with wear consummate with age and use. The pull is replaced and older weathered refinish.
Why do we love it? This is currently in use as my desk. The big drawer holds so much stuff.
