Middle Tennessee
Circa 1830
Walnut, cherry, poplar
92” H; 43” W; 22” D
This press is made of many different species of wood: walnut, cherry and poplar. It came from a middle-Tennessee collection and although it is late, it is a fine example of Tennessee made furniture.
WHY WE LOVE IT: The amazing broken arch top on a later feeling base (though they were definitely made together). It has a commanding presence in any room setting.
