Whale Smoking Tobacco was a product of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company of Winston Salem, North Carolina. This product was made in the famous “Factory No. 256 District of North Carolina” which burned in a fire in 2008. The pouch, retaining strap smoking tobacco federal tax stamp with displays an image of John Quincy Adams. The 16-ounce stamp is marked with the date of 1926.
